Over the past 20+ years, I have been working in the automotive industry across various positions in aftersales at dealerships for the first 13 years of my automotive career. Before I started Berkhof Automotive Solutions, I was privileged to build and lead the OEM collision repair programs for Tesla and Rivian across Europe and the Middle East for over 11 years.
